Description Acara Solutions is seeking Production Technicians to work onsite with our customer in Sauk Rapids, MN. Here's what you will receive: Pay: $16.73 - $22.60 DOE + shift differential Duration: Temp to Hire Schedule: 1st shift, 7am-5pm Mon-Thu, 3rd shift 11pm-7am Sun-Fri *Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:* General labor but not limited to loading and unloading various types of cleaning equipment, miscellaneous assembly, inspecting, alcohol wiping, swabbing, carrying plates, nitrogen dry parts, leak, function and flow testing, bagging, packaging and other duties that pertain to all areas. Demonstrate ability to operate microscopes profilometers, lapping machine, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers and leak, flow and function testing equipment. Demonstrate ability to operate ultra sonic wash, electro polish and insert installation stations. Monitor supplies and understand how to use material replenishment reordering system. Follow and perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks. Must be able to cross train and assist other production areas depending on the production schedule. Will occasionally be tasked with work in clean room, clean line or assembly areas as workflow dictates. Understand and follow all of Talon's Standard Operating Procedures as they pertain to manufacturing related duties. Proper use of required PPE. This includes coveralls, boots, hairnets/headcovers/face shields, gloves, etc. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Clean room experience Knowledge of computer applications such as but not limited to MS Office products Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Strong attention to detail Basic math skills Physical Requirements: Standing - Frequently Bending and twisting - Occasionally Lifting 1 - 10 lbs. - Frequently Lifting up to 25 lbs. - Occasionally Lifting up to 50 lbs. - Rarely Use of close vision - Frequently Use hands/fingers to reach, handle, and feel - Frequently Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
