TTI, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Coordinator at our Corporate office in Northwest Fort Worth, TX.

The Marketing Coordinator will have direct accountabilities as well as be expected to support marketing department initiatives with a variety of tasks.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Marketing Content:

Collaborate within and across departments and with supplier partners to create and maintain the content and operability of:



  • Markets & Technologies Resource Centers
  • Supplier Microsites
  • Product Support Pages
  • Literature Pages
  • Campaign Pages
  • Webinar Page


Building, updating, and optimizing these pages with attention to detail, search engine best practices, stakeholder needs, and TTI brand in mind, with clear communication throughout for status and progression.

Marketing Execution:

Traffic marketing properties to internal and external partners with clear instruction towards a successful launch with consideration to tracking for ROI needs.

Marketing Data:

Collect, Compile, and Report



  • Third-party and TTI marketing vehicle KPIs, proof-of-placements, and metrics.


Project Management:

Facilitate workflow for internal projects as assigned, including but not limited to:



  • Supplier co-op marketing projects.
  • Coordinating with third-party media, internal teams, and supplier partners for proofing and launches.
  • Coordinating with product and eBusiness teams as needed for coordination on the above expected tasks.


ANCILLARY SUPPORT



  • Events and Promotional Activities: As needed and prioritized by management.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE




  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.



  • 1+ years of related work experience preferred, with preference of Bachelor level course work in progress in related Degree.




SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS



  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Responsys a plus.
  • Strong alpha/numeric data entry skills with good quality.
  • Possess strong attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong teamwork orientation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibits a strong customer service orientation with a strong sense of urgency to respond to internal customer needs.
