Job Title: Onboarding Specialist
Location: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote - days TBD) Schedule: Monday to Friday 7AM- 3PM, 8AM-4PM, OR 9AM-6PM (your preference) Location: Boston, MA- HYBRID schedule with 2 days in-office and 3 days remote (days TBD). Job Summary: The Onboarding Specialist will oversee and manage compliance aspects of the onboarding process, including background checks, I-9 verification, and other pre-employment screenings. This role ensures all new hires complete necessary compliance training and understand company policies and procedures. The Onboarding Specialist will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities during the onboarding process and serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from new hires and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage compliance aspects of the onboarding process, including background checks, I-9 verification, and other pre-employment screenings. * Ensure all new hires complete necessary compliance training and understand company policies and procedures. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities during the onboarding process. * Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from new hires and internal stakeholders. * Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with legal requirements. * Conduct regular audits of onboarding processes to identify and address any compliance issues. * Develop and implement compliance training programs for new employees. * Provide support in investigating and resolving compliance issues related to the onboarding process. Requirements: * 2+ years of administrative experience that includes utilizing spreadsheets, data gathering, and QA work. * Experience with onboarding and I-9 verification. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suites, SharePoint, and TEAMS. * Highly preferred if the candidate has experience with ICIMS or Workday. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
