Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Location: Middleton, WI (Hybrid)

Job Purpose
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Manager, IBP, to optimize and lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for a designated business unit. This role plays a key part in orchestrating global meetings, driving demand and supply planning processes, and ensuring effective decision-making through scenario analysis. The Senior Manager will oversee the IBP process from demand and supply planning to pre-S&OP and executive IBP meetings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals, improve processes, and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • IBP Process Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end IBP process for the designated business unit, ensuring alignment and synchronization across all business functions.
  • Demand and Supply Planning: Lead demand and supply planning processes, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives, and collaborate with teams to ensure integrated planning.
  • Pre-S&OP and Executive IBP Meetings: Facilitate pre-S&OP meetings to align demand and supply plans, and lead executive IBP meetings to drive strategic decisions aligned with business objectives.
  • Scenario Planning and Analysis: Develop, evaluate, and present scenarios to support business decision-making, providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve the IBP process, implement best practices, and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Experience

  • Demand Planning: Expertise in forecasting and managing demand to meet business objectives.
  • Supply Planning: Proficiency in supply planning to ensure demand alignment and optimize resources.
  • Scenario Planning: Ability to develop and analyze scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets and provide clear recommendations.
  • IBP Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of IBP principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate global meetings, ensuring alignment and driving process improvements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and align planning processes with business objectives.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) highly desirable.

Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, and IBP processes.
  • Experience from top-tier consulting firms is a plus, with a strong ability to synthesize complex information and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proven experience in facilitating global meetings and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
