More information is available on the company's website at: www.alliant.com. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for providing processing support to service team in supporting existing accounts. Serve as front line support when Account Managers are out of the office and provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Requests policy changes and corrections as needed, and processes the policy endorsements when received; * Prepares policies for delivery or mailing to clients; * Assists Account Manager with preparing submissions for market & Rating; * Assists Account Manager with reporting and following up on claims; * Maintains agency client files according to agency procedure; * Assists Account Executive as needed with miscellaneous requests on client accounts including providing general administrative support to Account Executive and responding to all client inquiries in a timely manner; * Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the company operates; * Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Associate's Degree Required or equivalent combination of education and experience One (1) or more years related work experience Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by Supervisor Valid Insurance License within 120 Days Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective time management Ability to work with a team and to foster teamwork Ability to maintain a cordial and effective relationship with clients, colleagues, carriers and other business contacts Proficient in Microsoft Office Products #LI-PT1 We are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
