Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Buffalo, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • This position will review, account code and vouch equipment funding's and administrative accounts payable.
  • Responsible for the proper general ledger coding of accounts payable items. Manage, select and process payments of all accounts payable.
  • Perform data entry for Accounts Payable Coordinate the payment process via check and ACH including printing, mailing and data transmission of administrative accounts payable checks and vendor payables.
  • Acts as a liaison between the company, and external accountants to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.
  • Respond to questions in a timely manner from internal and external customers Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Here's what you'll get:

Starting Pay: $20 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: 4 Month Contract (Perm Possible).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Background in Oracle AP subledger platform
  • Familiarity with AP invoice processing and supplier set up work
  • Communication to AP team leaders on project and invoice/supplier processing status updates
  • Understanding of payment terms and prioritizations.
