The Implementation Associate will be responsible for assisting with the installation of Kelmar's KAPS unclaimed property management system. The Implementation Associate is a client facing position responsible for supporting the Implementation Project Team in the successful completion of all project tasks in accordance with the pre-determined Go Live date. This could span up to six projects each year with multiple projects running concurrently, often in different phases. The Implementation Associate will become an expert user of our application and be well-versed in process evaluation and system mapping. The Implementation Associate is a remote position with the option to work in any of Kelmar's offices including Rockland, MA; Wakefield, MA; or Wilmington, DE.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Gather and assess requirements from current or desired client processes and customization requests
- Document requirements and acceptance criteria for development in accordance with priorities and timelines outlined by Team Managers
- Perform acceptance and regression testing on completed development work
- Perform application testing to identify and resolve system errors
- Support Senior Associates and Team Leads in ensuring system areas are configured and reviewed prior to training and go live
- Create and contribute to workflows, flow charts and training materials as needed
- Support Implementation Project Managers in ensuring scheduled tasks are completed as defined within the project plan
- Identify and raise issues and/or potential risks to Project Managers
- Participate in Discovery meetings, Trainings and Go Lives
- Special Projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred; preference may be given to candidates with knowledge/experience in unclaimed property and/or system mapping
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning, organization and time management skills
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and sound decision making ability
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Visio, etc.) and comfort using online meeting platforms (Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Self-directed learner and independent problem solver
- Must be a team player
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship now and in the future
All positions on the Kelmar KAPS Team may have occasional non-standard schedule requirements (nights and weekends) for which sufficient notice will be provided. This may include travel time, coverage for Go Live weekends, and for on-call coverage, etc.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
Compensation for this role varies depending on several factors including work location, level of experience, and skill set. As required by applicable law, the hiring range for this position is $55,000 - $62,000.
