Job Description

Overview:

Citizant is seeking a technically savvy, people-focused process advocate to join our growing Corporate Quality team. This individualshould be passionate about working collaboratively to achieve the best results for the company.The individual selected for this positionwill lead corporate certifications, oversee process improvements and perform the following:

  • Develop and implement corporate-level policies and procedures.
  • Translate, tailor, and implementISO standards, specifically ISO9001, ISO20000-1, and ISO27001.
  • Plan and manage required activities for ISO 9001, 20000-1, and 27001 compliance, suchas annual management review, vendor evaluation, asset inventory updates, internal and external audits, and service catalog management.
  • Implement Information Security Controls as required by ISO 27001 Statement of Applicability, CMMC, and NIST.
  • Report and analyze IT Service Level Agreement(s), including management of corrective action as needed.
  • Translate, tailor, and implement CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC through maturity level 3
  • Plan andmanage required activities for CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC compliance, such as compliance reviews, QA process audits, and formal appraisal preparation and conduct.
  • Manage and oversee quality tracking systems, including incident and problem management, nonconformance, risk management, and change management.
  • Manage and oversee corporate training program.
  • Contribute to program management reviews and meetings.
  • Develop input to the annual budget for quality programs and monitor expenditures.
  • Author, edit, and evaluate Project Management Plans during project initiation.
  • Advise project managers on Agile best practices and project tailoring.
Qualifications
  • PMP or equivalent ASQ / CMMI certification
  • In-depth knowledge of CMMI, ISO standards, CMMC, and NIST
  • In-depth knowledge of SDLC/lifecycle management
  • In-depth knowledge of appraisal and audit methods
  • Working knowledge of ITIL and PMBOK industry standards
  • ScrumMaster, Certified Agile Practitioner, or other Agile certification
  • Quality Auditor training
  • SharePoint Expertise
  • Smartsheet's expertise
  • Must be an active duty service member

  • Completion of the internship does not guarantee a full-time position with Citizant. However, interns will gain valuable skills and experience to enhance their career transition.
