Change Management Lead, Senior

The Opportunity:

As an organizational transformation and change consultant, you will work with clients and key stakeholders in a large federal agency to understand priorities, challenges, and business opportunities, identify related issues, risks, and stakeholders, and develop integrated approaches using one or more organizational strategy, transformation, and change components.

You will apply advanced consulting skills to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. You will work without considerable direction and mentor team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with change management

  • 2+ years of experience leading teams to drive change for large federal or industry clients

  • 2+ years experience with financial management and administrative activities, including budgeting, resource planning, and task and project reporting

  • 2+ years of experience designing and implementing reporting processes

  • Ability to perform complex evaluations of project procedures, processes, techniques, or contractual issues with required reports and solutions for large scale projects

  • Ability to prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment

  • Experience with working with the IRS

  • Experience using Jira

  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies

  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework implementation

  • Ability to drive change across organizational boundaries

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
