Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps in our content coverage and areas of opportunity. Evaluate cannibalizing URLs and determine appropriate redirect or repurpose strategy for older content. Audit internal linking on an ongoing basis to improve the search visibility for our highest value pages. Map out new and existing verticals to ensure optimal search visibility. Get to know and learn to communicate with our amazing editorial team. Monitor performance of site rankings with a focus on increasing and defending our rankings. You have the following skills and qualifications: Currently a college student pursuing a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Internet Marketing, Website Development, Digital Media, and other related fields. Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in ambiguity. Strong knowledge of web-based applications and common Internet protocols and conventions (web browsers, email, HTTP, FTP). Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organization skills. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time. USD 23.65 - 35.48 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $23.65 - $35.48/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
