Director, Materials & Supply Chain, Strategic Operations and Integration
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director, Materials & Supply Chain will play a critical role in the Strategic Operations and Integration team within the Regal Rexnord (RRX) Automation and Motion Control Segment. This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Strategic Operations and Integration. This role will partner with senior functional, regional, and global leaders to ensure critical initiatives are transitioned into actionable milestones which are executed to achieve long-term integration objectives. The Director, Materials & Supply Chain will bring to bear materials flow, supply chain, program/project management, and change management expertise to build and scale supply chain best practices across multiple strategic initiatives related to critical integration projects. Successful execution will require critical-thinking, collaboration, coaching / facilitation skills, and the ability to drive engagement and results across the organization. Focus will be on delivering outcomes that enable profitable growth, improve the customer experience, and increase associate engagement to deliver sustainable results ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned.

Compensation Details: $155K-238K The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States.
