Job Title: District Sales Manager Reports To: Regional Sales Director Location: Columbus District Job Summary: Responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives within an assigned geographic district. The District Sales Manager develops and leads a team of sales representatives to achieve sales objectives by growing market and promoting company products. Candidates must live within 90 driving minutes of the district epicenter, Columbus, OH. Minimum Required Qualifications: Must have obtained a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; 4 years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, device, biotech or other health related field and 3 years of previous management or direct supervisory experience in a sales environment, to include performance management and conflict resolution; Current employees must have the required experience or a combination of comparable Kowa experience and proven leadership capability; Must live within the defined geography for the district within easy access to a major airport; Demonstrated ability to coach and lead sales representatives to execute the expectations of the Regional Manager and VP of Sales; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Valid US Driver's license and clean driving history; Able to periodically lift and move boxes of product weighing up to 20 pounds; Essential Job Functions:
