Job Type: RegularRAND is looking for a Lead Division Administrator to manage a wide variety of financial, operational and process-focused activities for the Education and Labor Division. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this will include research project and overhead budgeting, tracking and monitoring division projects and financial data, preparing financial reports for internal and external clients, providing support and guidance for internal clients, data analysis, and training and mentoring less experienced staff. This position will serve as a point of contact for addressing issues and interacting with internal support departments, includingFinance and Accounting, Contract and Grant Services, Procurement Services, and Billing and Client Financial Reporting. The Lead Division Administrator is expected to possess expert knowledge of financial and operational policies, procedures, and practices, enabling them to address needs proactively. This position is expected to support and contribute to cross-divisional and internal team training, and work on process-focused improvements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Education Requirements High School minimum, BS/BA preferred Experience Minimum: 14 years related experience; Preferred: 10 years related experience (with a bachelor's degree) Location Washington DC; Santa Monica, CA; or Pittsburgh, PA, preferred. Salary Range $88,000-$130,900 RAND considers a variety of factors when formulating an offer, including but not limited to, the specific role and associated responsibilities; a candidate's work experience, education/training, skills, expertise; and internal equity.The salary range includes base pay plus RAND's sabbatic pay (which provides additional compensation above base pay when vacation is taken).
