Description
Job Summary: Perform exemplary maintenance services on heavy equipment to ensure owning and operating costs exceed customer standards. Use Holt Cat's digital tools to capture and report issues as they pertain to the operation and performance of the equipment to maximize uptime. Lastly, the incumbent must successfully work with Holt's central dispatch team for logistics and communicate directly with customers to confirm job requirements, location, and timeline. This is an entry-level position that generally has less than one year of experience and/or demonstrated job-relevant knowledge/skills. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job; works under immediate supervision. Will provide superior customer service to internal and external customers in alignment with Holt CAT's Vision, Values, and Mission statement. Essential Functions:
