About the Role: As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will: Repair and maintain machinery, utilities, and plant structures. Work with tools and equipment such as drills, wrenches, saws, and testing instruments. Perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly. Assist in fabricating and installing equipment. Ensure safety standards are upheld and work areas are kept clean. Physical Requirements: Stand for up to 10 hours on concrete. Lift up to 60 lbs and move heavier equipment with assistance. Climb ladders, work on scaffolds, and operate in tight spaces. Maintain normal vision (or corrected vision) to perform tasks effectively. What We're Looking For: Required: Prior mechanical experience. Preferred: Welding experience and familiarity with advanced manufacturing. High school diploma or equivalent is a plus! Why Join Us?
