Overview

Provide hardware and peripheral support for end users throughout the firm.



Responsibilities

    Set up workstations for new hires, ensuring all required technology is ready.
  • Manage daily hardware tickets, particularly low-level requests for peripherals and equipment support.
  • Set up and maintain conference room temporary workstations and technology, including video and audio equipment.
  • Track and manage inventory, determining supply needs and coordinating orders as required.
  • Install Humanscale docking stations for workstations.
  • Ensure clean and organized cable management for all workstations and shared spaces.
  • Perform laptop imaging and reimaging as needed.
  • Collaborate with Facilities & Operations on room changes and other requests.
  • Assist with departmental moves, coordinating hardware and equipment setups.
  • Create repair tickets and coordinate with Lenovo technicians for onsite repairs.
  • Support seasonal projects, including those involving summer and fall associates.
  • Utilize the Helpdesk ticket management system, specifically Frontline ServiceNow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation by taking notes and creating tickets for all tasks.
  • Oversee long-term inventory projects, including tracking items in each office room.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing large inventory deliveries.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS / MENTAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Intermittent physical activity including reaching, prolonged periods of sitting, bending, or lifting (up to 50lbs).
  • Mental qualifications include ability to perform all tasks assigned
  • Good organizational skills
  • Up-to-date with computer and network systems


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum of 2 years of IT experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of software and hardware.
  • Strong working knowledge of all PC-related hardware used within the firm.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technology and processes efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive and supportive approach to end-user assistance.
  • Provide white-glove IT support, ensuring exceptional, personalized service for all technology needs.
