JOB SUMMARY |
Responsible for cost estimating, progress budgeting, change order pricing, cost forecasting including monthly projections.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Establishment of project estimates and management of cost.
- Responsible for cost estimating, progress budgeting, change order pricing, cost forecasting including monthly projections.
- Day to day interaction with owners, general contractors and subcontractors.
- Responsible for all job related costs including procurement of major materials and equipment
- Project submittal process, including submission, approvals and release of approvals.
- Monitoring of all job related costs of labor, rental equipment, materials, subcontractors, etc.
- Monthly cost analysis.
- Perform additional assignments as requested.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS |
- $75,000 - $110,000 Annually
- Benefits Day 1 - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Basic Life Insurance, Contributory Life Insurance, AD&D Insurance, HSA, FSA, FSA - Dependent Care, Long Term Disability; First of the Month - Short Term Disability
