Provide support to all processes within the repossession area. Act as a subject matter expert in all components of the repossession industry. Help with training new employees and ongoing departmental training as needed. Provide analysis and feedback to supervisor as to appropriate action considered necessary where the existing circumstances jeopardize the interest of the Credi Union.

Required Skills/ Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate of Arts/Science degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Minimum of three years Repossession experience in consumer, direct and indirect auto loans required.
• Excellent telephonic communication, negotiation and analytical skills needed. Bilingual (Spanish) desired.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly and to provide accurate information regarding specific circumstances and convey facts in a professional, clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrated the ability to remain courteous in pressure situations.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
• Must be able to hear and use a telephone & headset.
  
• Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes

Work Environment:

• This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations.
• Sedentary role.
• You'll play a vital role supporting our members, so schedule flexibility may include evenings and /or weekend (Saturday) hours.
