Join our team as a Core Banking and Data Solutions Manager where you will oversee the core banking platform and data solutions from design to implementation and support throughout the organization.

We are dedicated to supporting the growth and operational needs of mutual banks in ways that allow them to serve their communities. To support our mission, we will hire remotely only in the areas in which we currently operate including Ohio, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Indiana.

Position Summary:

Serves as manager of the Core Banking System, Fiserv- managing vendor relationship and daily operations. The role involves managing a team of professionals and collaborating with business departments to support the Holding Company's strategic initiatives. Leading the development of data solutions that drive business insights and support strategic decision making.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and manage key vendor relationship with our Core Banking System provider, Fiserv
2. Oversee the daily operations of the Core Banking System and Data Warehouse.
3. Design, Implementation and Support of Core Banking and Data products and solutions to enhance banking services.
4. Identify trends, tools and practices to leverage data as a strategic asset.
5. Identify opportunities for modernization, efficiency and digital transformation in banking operations.
6. Manage and mentor a team of analysts and engineers.
7. Ensure all systems adhere to financial regulations, including data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
8. Stay updated with Industry trends and technological advancements.
9. Manage daily communication between partners, vendors, and developers to ensure forward progress toward a given deadline.
10. Complies with all applicable banking laws and regulations, including, but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and related anti-money laundering statutes, and federal consumer protection legislation and regulations.
11. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Technology or related field is required.
2. 5+ years of working in business analysis and system design is required.
3. 5+ years managing daily communication between partners, vendors, and developers to ensure forward progress towards a given deadline is required.
4. Experience in system process mapping is required.
5. 3+ years Data Warehouse experience is required.
6. 5+ years in Core Banking Solutions is required.
7. 5+ years working within the financial industry is required.
8. Experience with Fiserv Core Banking Platform (Cleartouch) is preferred.
9. Experience with Cognos Business Analytics is preferred.
10. Experience with Tableau is preferred.
11. Experience with Snowflake is preferred.
12. Knowledge of Q2, Blend, Fiserv, Oracle Meridian Link, and Mantl platforms is preferred.
13. Experience with Collaboration tools such as: Smartsheets, Jira, Confluence, and Miro is preferred.

• This role is based out of Lakewood Ohio (Greater Cleveland) with possibility for remote work.
• This role is performed in an office, hybrid or remote setting.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
• This position will require the ability to work flexible times including working beyond normal business hours on an as-needed basis.
