The Business Relationship Manager manages a portfolio to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and the achievement of benchmark standards and individual performance objectives, while minimizing credit risk exposure. Key responsibilities include business development and retention, credit analysis, loan structure design, risk management, community involvement and ensuring the assigned portfolio is in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Identifies and initiates new client opportunities as well as identifying and researching opportunities to build and develop new and existing client relationships. Actively cross sells appropriate banking products to new and existing customers and refers clients to other banking areas for additional needs. Provides loans and financial services for businesses that have annual revenue from $2M to $30M. Typically manages a loan portfolio over $30M. QUALIFICATIONS:
E84 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. E85 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience & minimum 2 years' experience. E87 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience & minimum 5 years' experience. E88 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience & minimum 7 years' experience. #LI-Onsite, #LI-KB1 Pay Range

Grade E84: Pay Type: Exempt/Salaried Minimum: $52,600.00 Midpoint: $75,200.00 Maximum: $97,700.00 The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, time-off, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered. Grade: E85 Pay Type: Exempt/Salaried Minimum: $60,500.00 Midpoint: $86,500.00 Maximum: $112,400.00 The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
