Job Summary

Collaborates with leadership in the implementation of the Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) grant programs and initiatives and coordinates the logistical matters and execution of these programs.

  • Collaborates with CIBER leadership in the planning and implementation of the grant initiatives.
  • Monitors market trends to identify new program opportunities.
  • Submits requisitions and receives goods or services against purchase orders; creates travel authorizations, expense reports, through the University's financial system. May process contracts in accordance with University purchasing guidelines.
  • Assists with budget planning and maintains fiscal responsibility for all program activities. Reviews accounts payable/receivable transactions, ensuring appropriate allocation of funds across program budget.
  • Works collaboratively with the Marketing and Communications team in developing marketing strategy and materials.
  • Leverages existing and new resources for the execution of programs.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders in the development of curriculum for open enrollment programs.
  • Interprets university administrative policies and procedures. Provides recommendations on procedures for the unit to improve administrative operation for the programs and office site.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate specialization and four (4) years of related experience, or Master's degree in an appropriate specialization and two (2) years related experience.
