Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Under limited supervision, conduct technical training courses for customers and/or employees on using complex situations for multiple products. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Interact with customers and functional organizations to develop specifications for the course content. (Essential)
- Ensures that training courses address all levels of customers in the use of company products/services. (Essential)
- Develop training curricula, determine training objectives, and prepare training programs, procedures, tests, handouts, and laboratory exercises. (Essential)
- Instruct participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. (Essential)
- Administer written and practical exams. (Essential)
- Works with engineering, sales, technical support, and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. Must be willing to travel. (Essential)
- Assesses customer needs for future course development. (Essential)
- Complies with EBARA's safety policies, including participating in and completing all required safety training. (Essential)
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara and customer safety policies. (Essential)
- Performs other duties as assigned. (Non-Essential
Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Two years of Instructor experience in a professional or academic environment is required.
- Four (4) to Eight (8) years of work-related experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- CMP or Plating experience is desirable.
- Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the electrical and electronics fields with a basic understanding of chemistry.
- Strong Customer Relations skills.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Speaking in front of groups. Strong time management skills. Self-starter.
- Demonstrated leadership and program management skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customers.
- Demonstrated teamwork and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Provide verification of good driving record if servicing customers offsite
