Compensation Salary Range: $29.63 - $44.65 per hour The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range. If you are viewing this posting on a job site, please visit our company page and search for the opportunity to view the pay range: https://careers-mycmh.icims.com/jobs Responsibilities Under the direct supervision of the Employee Occupational Health (EOH) Registered Nurses, the Employee Occupational Health (EOH) LVN will coordinate and review new hire pre-placement physical examination screenings, provide appropriate disposition by communicating placement eligibility to Human Resources and document status in employee medical files. The EOH LVN will also support Human Resources with any Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements based on pre-placement physical examination outcomes. In addition the EOH LVN is responsible for annual health assessments for employees, administering required vaccinations and tuberculosis screening, reviews post blood borne pathogen exposures, and work- related injury care follow up. Maintains documentation and logs required by regulatory agencies, including, but not limited to OSHA, Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Title 22, Workers' Compensation, EOC, etc. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
