You Are:

We are looking for a dedicated and innovative R&D Engineer who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about working on high-visibility projects that drive product proliferation. You have a strong background in place and route, programming, and scripting, with a keen eye for optimizing PPA (Power, Performance, Area). You are proficient in taking designs from RTL to GDSII and are capable of collaborating effectively with other groups to achieve common goals. Your analytical skills are top-notch, and you are comfortable working with moderate supervision, using your creativity and comprehensive knowledge to tackle diverse and complex problems.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Developing and optimizing place and route methodologies to improve PPA.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product proliferation.
  • Working on high-visibility projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Taking designs from RTL to GDSII, ensuring efficient and effective design flow.
  • Utilizing strong programming and scripting skills to automate and enhance design processes.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to other engineering teams as needed.

  • Strong expertise in place and route methodologies and tools.

  • Experience with PPA optimization techniques and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with RTL to GDSII design flow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on diverse and complex issues.
