Support Wendy's HR systems by monitoring data and transactions, troubleshooting system and user issues, and assisting with system updates for compliance and enhancements. Prepare and disseminate employee data for standard and ad hoc requests for both internal and external audiences. Assists with HR technology projects or updates needed to support HR functions which support the Company's human resource policies and programs. Support HR technology systems through testing and providing first level support for issues.

Responsibilities
  • Manage HRIS Support e-mail box/Cherwell, research issues, enter and correct employee data in Oracle for Field HR, IT and Payroll, escalate and track tickets as required for end users.

  • Research HR systems issues within Wendy's Human Capital Management and Applicant Tracking systems, resolve or escalate issues as needed and communicate appropriately with HR, IT and Payroll through issue resolution.

  • Partner with other departments including IT and external support vendors to resolve open tickets in accordance with SLA.

  • Join escalation bridge calls as required based on priority to ensure business teams are engaged and represented.

  • Researches, compiles, and disseminates data to governmental entities, departments within Wendy's and external requestors, as appropriate. This includes running and distributing standard, scheduled reports, performing intake and processing of ad hoc report requests, preparing data and responding to subpoenas and requests for employee records.
  • Assist in testing, implementing, and supporting system enhancements and upgrades to HR technology systems using established testing procedures.


What we expect from you
  • Education: Bachelors Degree
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • 1 year prior HRIS Experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
