What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Unit Clerk provides support services to the nursing, clinical, and medical staff. Duties are typically clerical and technical in nature and will involve contact with members served.

Shifts Available:

Full Time 1.0; Days 8:00am-4:30pm Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $18.31 - $22.06. The full wage range goes up to $25.80. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift)

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)



  • High school graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent
  • Six (6) months' experience as a unit clerk or administrative support staff in a health care environment
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • Must have a current Washington Agency Affiliated Counselor certification. This position requires a current Washington State credential appropriate to this position and issued through the Washington Department of Health (WADOH). Minimum Credential Requirement - Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). First time AAC applicants may have a 30-90-day processing period before approval and active credentials are issued. Other WADOH Licenses/Certifications may be considered
