KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant supporting leadership to join our KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest level of confidentiality and independent judgment in creating or selecting plans to complete work assignments; plan, monitor, and manage the completion of work in an efficient and effective manner; prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Take ownership and use independent discretion required for maintaining a complex calendar coordinating global appointments, meetings and conference calls, while being cognizant of time zone differences and using various technologies, often requiring interaction with senior members of firm and global leadership and their support teams
  • Oversee departmental activities including scheduling meetings, coordinating multiple global calendars, handling complex and detailed travel arrangements, tracking and maintaining expense reports, organizing filing and tracking deadlines, and other related activities
  • Prepare and distribute memorandums and announcements with a global audience, via email and mail merge documents; provide administrative support for projects, including coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external collaborators, including KPMGI Executive Assistants, clients, partners, and vendors
  • Apply critical thinking when faced with issues/problems, objectively analyzing and evaluating an appropriate course of action; demonstrate professionalism, stewardship, and live our values

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in administrative business, supporting high level executives and projects in a global environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Possess business etiquette and be a team player; demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Flexibility working across global time zones
  • Ability to interact with the highest level of leadership with ease; must be confident and self-directed
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to work with minimal supervision; strong written/oral communication and listening capabilities
