We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Sales Specialist.

The Virtual Sales Specialist implements the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, the VSS will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.

Lead Generation

  • Planning and organizing activities to ensure effective coverage of territory and follow up of qualified leads
  • Working cross functionally with various business units including inside sales to validate sales leads being generated.
  • Grow the business through the education of current and new referral sources.
  • Establish relationships and develop rapport with designated health care professionals and key partners.
  • Develop strategies to obtain office access and customer engagement.
  • Develop and act on a business plan which identifies opportunities to grow the referral customer base and help formulate sales strategies to meet/exceed sales goals.

Sales

  • Overseeing and leading the identification of business opportunities, building, and fostering client relationships
  • Ensuring the effective presentation of our client's products to meet/exceed sales/ forecast and goals.
  • Develop and act on a business plan which identifies opportunities for growth and help formulate sales strategies to meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Grow the business through the education of current and new referral sources.

  • Provide education and create awareness with key patient care team members involved in the treatment and administration of our client's product
  • Provide expert client engagement and relationship building virtually
  • Understand and leverage findings to develop educational strategies
  • Consistently exemplify the ability to sustain elevated expectations

You are a great fit if you have....

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum) required
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Documented, proven track record of sales success
  • Strong collaboration skills required
  • 1+ years of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience
  • Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines

Desired Requirements:

  • 1+ years of dermatology sales preferred
  • Referral Based sales experience

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70-77k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
