Public Strategies Overview

Public Strategies (PS) is a nationally respected consulting, project management, and marketing firm based in Oklahoma City. We provide innovative solutions for federal, state, and local clients, including project and program management, training and technical assistance, technology, event management, research and evaluation, video production, and strategic communications. We also deliver research-informed direct services to financially vulnerable Oklahomans, with a focus on strengthening families and improving employment opportunities.

We are a collaborative team of thinkers, creatives, strategists, communicators, builders, researchers, and change agents committed to touching lives, driving change, and doing good well.

Position Summary

PS is seeking motivated individuals with experience in customer service, high call volume, sales, or community outreach to join our team in supporting Family Expectations (FE), a nationally recognized program aimed at strengthening families around the birth of a child. This role focuses on collecting data through a 12-month follow-up survey with participants, ensuring their completion of the evaluation survey. The individuals in this position will contribute to Public Strategies' mission - helping systems, organizations, and individuals reach their full potential while maximizing the public good - by providing assistance in a federally funded, rigorous program evaluation.

As part of our outreach team, you will contact program participants to complete follow-up surveys, using your communication skills to build rapport, encourage participation, and address any questions or concerns. You will also administer surveys to participants onsite. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle a high volume of calls, and the persistence to meet outreach goals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring participants remain connected to the program and that data collection targets are met.

We are looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are goal-oriented, and are comfortable engaging with diverse populations. Experience in sales, customer service, or community outreach is highly valued. This is a seasonal position with the potential for long-term employment and offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills while contributing to a program that makes a lasting impact on families in Oklahoma.
