We have made a substantial commitment in this area, with goals to continue to shorten ramp time and improve efficiency for our sales force.

GTM Enablement is part of the global Go To Market organization and reports to the CRO as a team. The team's responsibilities include implementing and evolving our sales methodology, delivering relevant training programs, providing targeted coaching, optimizing sales resources, and equipping leadership with measurable insights. Our existing programs have consistently had an overwhelmingly positive impact on the sales organization and the company as a whole. They are frequently cited as the best our sales professionals have seen in their careers.

The GTM Enablement Coordinator will be an integral part of the team designed to strategically improve the GTM organization's performance. They will be responsible for supporting the execution of our global in-person and virtual training programs, assisting in the implementation of our e-learning curriculums, and managing sales-specific tools. They will take the lead in supporting our in-person onboarding program for GTM in North America ensuring a best in class experience for new hires.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Chicago for our hybrid working model.


In your first 60 days, you will

  • Familiarize yourself with our business model, organizational structure, and sales collateral
  • Attend new hire sales training to learn the technology, what we sell, and how we sell it
  • Gain proficiency with our sales enablement tools (Highspot, MindTickle) and our content development process
  • Shadow a key sales enablement project and support the completion of ~30% of related tasks
  • Gain an intimate understanding of our project management processes and templates


Within 120 Days, you will

  • Autonomously execute work plans as a key support function for GTM Enablement programs
  • Collaborate and develop relationships with other departments such as sales, customer success, workplace, and procurement
  • Participate in the collection and analysis of feedback on initiatives


As you grow, you will

  • Find opportunities for process optimizations and feel confident in your ability to present your opinions
  • Design and execute custom work plans with minimal oversight
  • Be a critical member of the team with a deep understanding of our product offerings, growth opportunities, and our culture and values


The ideal candidate will have...

  • 2+ years of proven experience coordinating projects (or events) and resources
  • Customer-facing experience is a plus (e.g., sales, customer success, consulting)
  • A high degree of organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Outstanding writing and communication skills and ability to solve problems on the fly
  • Ability to be in the Chicago office one week/month to support in-person training
  • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow-through - can own and take tasks through to completion
  • Interpersonal skills - the ability to network inside the company and build relationships
  • Technically savvy with G-Suite products (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides/PowerPoint, etc.)

MongoDB's base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.

$45,000 $88,000 USD
