Flexible Shifts:We offer a variety of shifts Monday to Friday (EST): 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM Pay Rates: Early shifts (before 10:00 AM EST): $14.50/hr Shifts starting at 10:00 AM or later: $15.50/hr Responsibilities: Act as a client advocate and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or online chat Document and resolve customer issues using CRM software Manage cases for multiple projects and ensure timely resolutions Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further action Maintain clear documentation of all client interactions Prevent negative customer experiences by adhering to policies and procedures Requirements: 1+ year of call center experience Strong computer skills and ability to type 30 words per minute Must have internet access (remote position) The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
