Flexible Shifts:We offer a variety of shifts Monday to Friday (EST):



  • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
  • 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM


Pay Rates:



  • Early shifts (before 10:00 AM EST): $14.50/hr
  • Shifts starting at 10:00 AM or later: $15.50/hr


Responsibilities:



  • Act as a client advocate and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or online chat
  • Document and resolve customer issues using CRM software
  • Manage cases for multiple projects and ensure timely resolutions
  • Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further action
  • Maintain clear documentation of all client interactions
  • Prevent negative customer experiences by adhering to policies and procedures


Requirements:



  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to type 30 words per minute
  • Must have internet access (remote position)
