Job Duties: As a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor, daily responsibilities include overseeing warehouse activities to support operations such as receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials. This role involves training, supervising, and evaluating the performance of warehouse associates while assigning duties appropriately. Conducting shift meetings is essential to communicate general information and address specific topics to engage warehouse employees effectively. Additionally, ensuring that inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage is a key task, along with maintaining equipment by enforcing safe operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and requiring preventive maintenance.
