Our Site Services program is critical to employee engagement and to how our office environment reinforces the strong culture NetApp is known for. The Site Services Manager plays a key role in those initiatives, overseeing daily tasks and deliverables associated with providing services to employees.

Based at NetApp's San Jose, California headquarters (SJC), the Site Services manager has responsibilities overseeing the Site Services team and the employee services offered at our 309,000 ft. headquarters building, our 11,000 ft. 2 Santa Clara Lab (SCL) facility and our Santa Clara Colocation (SCC).

Job Requirements

Reports to the Director, WX Americas West Region, and collaborates with various teams and vendors. Requires a spirit of self-direction and independence, critical thinking, and adaptability. This position is primarily on-site, and may require occasional after-hours involvement and emergency response.

Manages staff, budgets and daily operations of programs including:
* Food, Janitorial and Space Planning Services; Event and Meeting Room Management; Employee Amenities and Santana Row programs available for NetApp employees
* Shipping and Receiving, Business Cards, Office Supplies, and Site Communications
* Tracks Sustanability metrics related to Site Services
* Works collaboratively with other Site Services managers

Responsibilities:
* Oversees annual operating budgets for Site Services Cost Center
* Manages and helps develop the careers of team members
* Works with other sites to align employee experience and other WX initiatives
* Serve as primary contact to NetApp Suppliers, negotiates contracts, develops Service Level Agreements, and drives for operational performance and efficiency; conducts Quarterly Business Reviews with Suppliers
* Manage construction projects that impact Site Services.
* Liaison to Executive Briefing Center staff for food and housekeeping services
* Develop policies and procedures
* Collaborate on RFP initiatives for contracts
* Supports Sustainability Initiatives and third-party ISO Audits
* Develop community partnerships
* Support Reception Services and establish feedback mechanisms
* Assist in preparing facilities for all users
* Support site openings and events as needed (travel may be required)

Qualifications

* BA/BS degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in Workplace Resource, Food and Event Services and/or Space Planning Management.
* Proven expertise in personnel management
* Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with Executive teams
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Growth mindset to support innovation and change
* Spanish language fluency a plus
* Construction project management experience a plus

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 152,550 - 214,390 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
