We are seeking Shift Supervisor to join our team in our Shelmire - Philadelphia, PA location. This role is full-time, first shift, Monday - Friday with potential weekend. First shift options include - 8AM-4PM, 9AM-5PM, or 10AM-6PM. Earn $18.97/hr.! Position Details Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: * Provide day to day functional guidance to the residential counselors at the site. * Ensure that there is adequate staffing, support/supervision at the home at all times, within budget guidelines. * Assist with assessing, designing, and implementing each consumer's treatment plan to include completion of all required documentation and attendance at all treatment plan meetings. * Communicate with nursing support to ensure safety and emergency procedures including medication protocols and health supports. Perform chart audits as required. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field. * One year of mental health experience required. * Demonstrates good judgment (employing the SELF model) in assessing and managing situations, appropriately utilizing available supports and seeking additional supports when necessary.
