This role requires a high level of technical expertise and autonomy with a focus on complex troubleshooting, repairs, continuous improvement, and mentoring. Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently Contribute to root-cause analysis efforts to prevent recurring equipment issues Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry-level technicians Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols Utilize and maintain accurate records in computerized maintenance management systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime Education, Skills, & Experience: High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of mechanical and electrical systems Associate's Degree and 2 years of experience in electrical and mechanical, high-speed manufacturing maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems also accepted Experience in electrical maintenance is preferred Experience working in a cGMP/Regulated environment desired. Able to read ladder logic and troubleshoot/repair PLC's, electrical systems, AC/DC drive systems, and mechanical systems desired. Proficiency in machining, welding, and fabricating a plus. Strong attention to detail and GMP experience (including knowledge of change control, validation, and commissioning processes) desired. Adheres to documentation requirements in a cGMP compliant manner in accordance with applicable Quality Policies.
