Staffmark is hiring a Receptionist for our Little Rock, AR location! As the first point of contact for our medical facility, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our patients and visitors. If you have experience in medical office administration and a passion for providing top-notch care, we want you on our team!

Pay Rate: $16/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming attitude
  • Manage inquiries and schedule appointments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and process payments
  • Assist patients with forms and questions
  • Transcribe doctor's notes and ensure smooth front desk operations
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized


Requirements:



  • At least 1 year of experience as a medical receptionist
  • Experience handling front desk duties in a medical office environment
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
