Pay: $47 - $52 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement QC/QA standards, including training programs.
  • Market surveying services to expand the company's business.
  • Contribute to the company's growth by exploring new areas of surveying services.
  • Perform ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Residential Surveys, Topographical Surveys, and Construction Staking.
  • Utilize Robotic & GPS Equipment: Total Station, Precision Range Data Collector, Topcon GPS.
  • Conduct record searches online, at recorder's offices, and through government entities.
  • Prepare and review legal descriptions and boundary calculations.
  • Sign and seal survey plans.
  • Work toward advancement to Surveying Department Manager.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage surveying staff.
  • Schedule projects and coordinate staffing.


Requirements:



  • Proficiency with Robotic & GPS Equipment: Total Station, Precision Range Data Collector, Topcon GPS.
  • Strong verbal communication and computer skills.
  • Ability to perform record searches online, at recorder's offices, and through government entities.
