Looking for a detail-oriented Process Documentation Specialist for a project-based role in Beavercreek! Hunter Hamilton's long-time client in the financial services industry is expanding their business continuity plan, including developing detailed SOPs and work instructions for various positions within the organization. We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer or HR professional, who has been responsible for development of job descriptions and policies, and who isn't afraid to ask probing questions. This role is ONSITE in Beavercreek, 40 hour workweek, ancitipated to last through November 2025.
Job Duties: * Partner with internal employees to develop detailed accounts of how employees perform all aspects of their roles. * Creates Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) based on information received from internal employees. * Write clear and concise SOPs that any team member can use to pick up day-to-day operations. * Review documents for compliance with regulatory standards. * Oversee the storage and retrieval of documents, and ensure they are easily accessible to proper staff. Skills/Software: * Strong writing and grammatical skills, with an ability to translate instructions for a broad audience * High professionalism and polished attitude * Ability to built rapport quickly with a diverse set of employees * Prior experience and knowledge of banking/financial institutions * Experience in SOP writing, succession planning, and/or technical writing * Ability to ask probing questions * Experience with the MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or Access are ideal) #LI-MB1 After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
