JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer Manufacturing who will be responsible for supporting the operational deliverables of multiple organizations within the Doble Community (Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, and Customer Care). The Electrical Engineer Manufacturing is recognized as an expert in the principles and application of sustaining engineering, DFX, DFM, quality assurance and compliance relating to electromechanical manufacturing. The Electrical Engineer Manufacturing is familiar with the importance of providing feedback throughout the managed processes assuring process control and compliance of materials and products manufactured internally and externally. The Electrical Engineer Manufacturing coordinates or executes activities on multiple complex projects and takes a role in the design, qualification and execution of new projects. The Electrical Engineer Manufacturing adapts to multiple projects, effectively ensuring alignment with corporate goals and compliance with all specified regulatory requirements. The Electrical Engineer Manufacturing is responsible for establishing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to establish process controls and measure attainment to the controls. The Electrical Engineer Manufacturing is required to ensure full support to our suppliers as well as Engineering related to manufacturing and design changes so they can provide a timely and effective implementation to meet Doble's requirements. The Electrical Engineer Manufacturing coordinates and/or executes activities on multiple complex projects and takes a role in the qualification, development and manufacturability of material and products delivered to Doble for both mature products as well as new products globally. The Electrical Engineer Manufacturing will perfect production and test processes prior to release to contract manufacturing and external Doble sites. Specifically, the Electrical Engineer Manufacturing will work closely with cross functional teams both at Doble and at Doble's suppliers to ensure successful delivery of short term and long-term Manufacturing and Quality goals and objectives, while aligning operational functions to meet business needs. This position will assist in continuing engineering sustainability efforts to ensure the safety, repeatability, and continuous improvement of process, products and customer satisfaction. Execution of product compliance requirements and related documentation will also be a responsibility of this role. This role will be based in our Marlborough, MA office reporting to the Customer Support Operations Manager. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or 5 years in in Manufacturing Engineering or Electrical Engineering position in lieu of a degree. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job related skills, as well as relevant education or training experience.
