The Director, Finance, serves as a trusted business partner and financial steward for the organization. This role serves as a strategic financial leader, delivering comprehensive insights and support to drive the brand's success. The Director partners with Brand Leadership and other Functional Teams to analyze and interpret business performance drivers, identify opportunities, and drive critical operational initiatives. With a strong focus on team development, actionable insights, and efficiency, this position enhances reporting, improves analysis capabilities, and supports leaders in achieving strategic goals. Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and deliver variance diagnostics.
- Provide actionable insights through advanced quantitative, strategic, and financial analyses to support decision-making.
- Develop and enhance working capital reporting, driving inventory optimization and resource efficiency.
Strategic Partnership & Business Insights:
- Act as a trusted and transparent advisor, providing objective insights to drive accountability and support data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to optimize sales, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Present innovative ideas and projections to enhance financial performance and resource allocation.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage "Save to Invest" initiatives with a laser focus on increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Optimize capital allocation through detailed investment analysis to maximize ROI.
- Identify and implement system improvements in partnership with technology teams to streamline processes.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Mentor and develop finance team members, creating and executing robust Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Establish a strong strategic finance presence by empowering the team to deliver high-quality, data-driven support.
- Foster an environment of inclusion and belonging, modeling transparency and accountability to build trust and promote collaboration across teams.
Financial Controls & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with financial processes, controls, and organizational accounting standards.
- Oversee financial stewardship by balancing cost controls with investment opportunities.
- Challenge results and guide leaders in achieving financial targets through data-driven insights.
Performance Metrics & Strategic Planning:
- Lead the development of strategic portfolio plans, comprehensive reporting, and P&L reviews.
- Conduct ROI analyses and capital allocation reviews to support business goals.
- Anticipate trends to deliver accurate projections and actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
What do we expect you to bring to the table?
- 10+ years of progressive financial experience and the ability to lead strategically with a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

What are the details?
- Hybrid Remote: This position is based out of Carlisle, Pa. and will require 3 days a week in the office.
- Reporting: The Finance Director reports into the VP of Finance.
