IT - Analyst, Business Systems

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and thoroughly understand what needs to be supported by information systems and technology
• Design and build a roadmap for how and where employee information existsin our various systems
• Manage and direct the process of integrating systems to allow for data extraction and automation
• Collaborate with IT to implement workflows that will provide a positive user experience
• Developclear communication plansabout system needs, implementations,and changes
• Act as a liaison with external vendors to push projects to completion

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Problem-solving mindset and systems approach to operations
• Understanding of information systems, data extraction, and integrations
• Ability to manage projects from requirement gathering to completion
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Impeccableorganizational skills, with strong attention to detail

Education and Experience:

• Bachelorsdegree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting business systems, operations, and/or project management
