Candidates ideally will have experience in the genetics side with SCC Soft Top Skills' Details7+ years of SCC's Genetics Information Systems Suite - specifically these 2 modules - SoftFlowCytometry - SoftPathDx The role is specifically accountable for the file build and system configuration for new and the management of existing Oncology panels, markers, group tests, routing rules, workflow triggers macros, actions, workstation and department setup, new lab ID setup, EDI reference and result codes. Strong communication - Will be getting requirements from Lab Techs and Pathologist Implementation and Administration experience Description: Leads weekly Vendor management meetings, generates weekly vendor report for the review of vendor tickets for status, action to resolve. Participates in vendor release scheduling and planning of Software hot fixes, System File build and Configuration synchs between LCA IT supported environments: SB, Dev, QA, Production. Takes point to review IT Central production tickets, assess for root cause analysis, and redirect as needed to correct teams. Role is responsible and accountable for the delivery of a successful SCC 4.x upgrade ensuring the SCC LIMs File build and system configuration of tests, panels, markers, routing rules, roles, meets the needs of the Lab operations teams and can be successfully tested. Is accountable for learning the new SCC 4.x File build / configuration structure so to support future Lab operations requests for enhancements, new test additions. Role is responsible for directing the work of others to insure timely, accurate LIMS system file build configuration. Responsible for direct management and development of associate team member. Role is required to support the Requirement elicitation and delivery for EGL oncology needs.
