Job Overview:

This position is responsible for performing EKG tracings and Holter Monitors, as well as processing corresponding paperwork and charging. This position also edits interpreted EKGs, is responsible for office communications, and cleans and troubleshoots equipment. Cross training is also provided to perform Stress Testing as needed.

Job Requirements:

High School Degree

Job Responsibilities:

Accurately processes accompanying paperwork, charges, editing, filing, etc.

Performs quality EKG's. EKG's in a timely manner, which are clear and easily interpreted.

Maintains equipment and cleans as necessary. Reports any equipment issues to Asst. Manager or Supervisor as well as appropriate departments. Works with Clinical Engineering, I.S., or secretary regarding any EKG cart, IECG EKG system, or Holter system concerns.

Applying holters, assisting in department duties or GXT lab as needed.

Answers phone promptly and communicating with all customers appropriately. Seeks resolution to requests, example: sending test results to office.
