Description: A large retailer is seeking a mid-level product designer to help shape the tools and interfaces that empower their associates during in-store performance assessments. This role will focus on designing seamless, intuitive digital experiences that help associates deliver data-driven insights with AI, capture performance notes, and provide personalized feedback. This is a 6 month contract with the potential to go fulltime. We are looking for: * A proactive, self-starter with an outgoing personality. * Someone that takes initiative to learn and implement new things. * Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with generative AI or a strong interest in learning and applying AI technologies in design. * Background in retail or e-commerce design. * Familiarity with advanced technology integration in user experiences, such as motion capture and data visualization. A previous retail background in a must, prefer candidates that are located near Pittsburgh.
