DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In the role of the LIFE Program lead within the Office of Long-Term Living's Division of Integrated Care Programs, you will coordinate all activities regarding policy, procedures, regulations, and quality improvement, monitoring, and risk management programs as they relate to improving the quality of services and supports for the LIFE program. You will oversee the administration of the statewide monitoring of the LIFE program, including technical assistance support to provider agencies to ensure high-quality consumer service and compliance with state and federal regulations. In this position, you will develop and maintain a collaborative working relationship with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in joint oversight of Pennsylvania's Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

- Full-time employment (37.5 hour per week)
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- This position is home headquartered.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of professional nursing experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Special Requirements:
- You must have active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
Other Requirements:
- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
