Requirements: Previous lead/supervisor experience and experience leading individuals to meet requested goals are required.

Pay: $21.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3rd shift. Can start as early as 4 PM and stay until all mail is processed for the night. Weekends as needed.

Job Duties: As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for the overall performance of your assigned work group. This role requires strong staff leadership skills and good technical/automation skills to work with the company's operating systems. You will monitor work progress and direct line staff in their activities to ensure the daily work plan/finish time is met while maintaining overall quality.
