Our global client will be ringing in the new year by adding a Creative Producer / PM to focus (mainly) on large scale events/tradeshows/conferences. Our client participates in many events and with that they tailor their creative to that specific conference. The Producer will be partnered with an Account manager to oversee:



  • Creative Assets: Videos, Collateral, Social, Email, promotional content, etc.
  • Budgets
  • Schedules / Deliverables
  • Creative Resources


Client Facing Producer/ Project Manager (Events and APAC Country Marketing)

Responsible for managing the on-time and on-budget delivery of multiple client and agency projects while also working as a critical creative fulfillment resource when working with external production partners. This role will collaborate with Marketing Partners (internal stakeholders) and internal team members from the creative, development, and account service departments, as well as outside partners and specialists. This requires a solution-minded individual with a demonstrated mix of balancing scope, time, cost, risk, and quality, all while problem-solving to deliver incredible work while maintaining a positive "can do" attitude.

Must have a proven track record of successfully managing creative / marketing projects from project kick-off to final launch (and beyond) with a proven ability to champion project team morale while maintaining project budgets, scope, and timelines. Project types can include (but are not limited to) event print collateral, on-site activations, social media campaigns/applications, email marketing, videos, digital experiences, and internal communications. The Ideal candidate will also excel at thinking outside of the box when problem-solving or working as a producer to bring innovative ideas to life (working as a resource to help creative teams research partners and production viability for non-typical opportunities). Specifically, the event marketing producer will work with the Partnership and Brand Activation team and the Australia and Japan markets, overseeing and producing work for upcoming events and initiatives. Experience working with events is required.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with marketing partners to intake and refine creative briefs alongside account managers.
  • Develop detailed project plans for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Ensure creative deliverables are produced on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Efficiently manage and communicate project milestones throughout the lifecycle, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of all assigned projects and tasks, maintaining high standards of quality and manage assigned tasks efficiently
  • Ensure all deliverables meet business partner expectations, adhering to established timelines and budgets.
  • Provide regular updates on project statuses during client calls and meetings.
  • Identify, flag, and troubleshoot potential issues as they arise.


Skill Requirements:



  • Proven track record in managing creative/marketing projects from kick-off to final launch.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and collaboration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while fostering a positive working environment.
  • Ability to work within existing processes as well as ID opportunities to improve efficiencies and develop new and improved processes
  • Nimble and able to adapt to a rapidly changing working environment is paramount.


Experience Requirements:



  • 8+ years of professional experience, ideally within a design or advertising agency.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Experience in producing event print collateral, on-site activations, social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital experiences.
