UC San Diego Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Application Analyst who will provide oversight on a wide variety of duties related to Information Technology applications, specifically the Epic Resolute Professional Billing, Charge Router, Single Billing Office, Claims, Remittance, and Research Billing. Responsibilities include servicing as technical resource; designing, developing, testing, implementing, and evaluating Revenue Cycle Information Systems for the organization. This position will report to the Professional Billing IS Supervisor in the Information Services department and will closely collaborate with Revenue Cycle operations (Patient Access, Revenue Integrity, Professional Billing, Continuous Improvement, Trainers, Finance, Cashiers, Hospital Billing, Clinical Research Billing, and Single Business Office), Sr. Revenue Cycle analysts as well as third party vendors and other application teams on a daily basis. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $94,400 - $176,800 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $45.21 - $84.67 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
