Folder Operator

Base pay starts at $20.00 per hour

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining folding machines while ensuring high-quality production standards are met.

• Set up, operate, and monitor folding machines according to job specifications
• Perform quality checks throughout production runs to maintain product standards
• Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to optimize performance
• Load and unload materials from folding equipment
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation
• Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of folding equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience operating industrial folding machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret production specifications
• Basic math skills for measurements and production calculations
• Ability to lift up to 50pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality control
• Experience with manufacturing safety protocols
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of printing/manufacturing processes preferred
