KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Responsible for making connections and developing relationships with IT professionals who may be a good fit for assignment with Eliassen Group's clients
  • Conduct phone and personal interviews to qualify consultants for open positions with our wide range of clients.
  • Develop sales skills in preparation for potential recruiting manager or business development manager promotions.
  • Attend networking fairs and network through sites like LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, etc. Build a pipeline of candidates for skillsets that are needed repeatedly for client assignments within the branch.
  • Collaborate with teammates to develop effective recruiting strategies.



REQUIREMENTS



  • Preference is given to a candidate with a Bachelor's
  • High energy with an aptitude to learn new skills and technologies
  • Must possess exceptional communication and phone skills, a great personality, strong organization skills and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Should have a high-level understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.



COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS




  • Eliassen Group's Technical Recruiters receive a competitive base salary and uncapped commission potential. We pay weekly and very well!

Base salary $40,000 - $45,000

The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success. A competitive, tiered commission structure based on weekly spread is also provided.

General Description Benefit Offerings disclaimer: W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state/locality where you work), 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity/disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave (based on tenure).
